Why coin holders are made mostly in white color? I sad mostly, but I don't know any coin holder made of paper in black color.

Don't you think black color coin holders would improve coins' look in a album sheet?

I've seen black paper holders a long time ago. In plastic the interceptor holders are a very dark brown almost black, VAMSlabs uses a black holder, as did NGC for a short while, and I think you could order CoinWorld plastic holders with black inserts. But you are right they are far and few between, I like some brilliant red copper, silver and gold coins in black holders they stand out nicely.

I think the main reason is most people don't have gold/silver pens to write information on them.

You know, right after I wrote this topic I started to think on this. But in my opinion, even the white letter in black paper would look nice.
