Cheers

Hope you find some more!

Here's a story about a fellow that I know who found a bunch of them: ...

Until the hoard the prices would have implied 3000 not 30000. The Hamilton dealer's expected pricing would be for something under 500.

And why does anyone think they would melt steel pennies?

Thanks for the replies. I would love to have a hoard of them. If I did...I would not have let the general collecting community know about it. Supply and demand plays a big part in maintaining a value. Ahh well. I currently have 13 examples and hopefully I will pull a few more. Almost done with the first of 3 boxes. Not much else to post about. Only 4 wheat cents so far with 3 Canada cents from the 50's and one 1940. Did find a nice US 1960D RPM.

Well...12 rolls to go to finish this box. I'll make a little lunch then finish them up. Will post if I find anything else.

Just finished my second box of the three I have left. Only one more box of cents to go. NOOOOOOOO!

LoL!

Ahh well. At least I'm making a few scores. My second to the last roll in this box I pulled a 2006 No P No Logo Magnetic. One in each of the last 2 boxes. I hope there is a least one more in my final box. Nice looking coin but it does have some light staining. Ahh well. At least it is a keeper. Not much else in the box. Only had around 10 keepers in the box. It did have a good percentage of copper at 52% and the last box had 48% copper. Averages out to 50% copper for each box. Good average. I hope the next stays on par.

I will update if I find anything else.
