Can some one tell me how rare a 1954 D/D Wheat penny is ? There doesn't seem to be a lot of info out there for this year .

yours looks like it could be the 1MM-001 listed on coppercoins site. it is listed there as a D/D/D, although I cant really see if your coin shows the third "D" to the south.

as for how rare - probably not exceptionally rare, however I have never found one.

others with more knowledge - will probably provide more accurate ides.

Other than what Chuck gives as a value, I have no idea. If it were a rollfind, I'd hold onto it regardless of value.

This is a great RPM! It is RPM #1 and it looks to be a later die state because the punch to the south is not present. It is in the CherryPickers Guide too. It is one of my favorite RPMs.
