My rep just sent me email, saying the special launch will be tomorrow after 11AM... not sure if that is for the elite MC member, or regular MC member, or general public...

IMO, since it it sdand alone and not monthly release, it will be available for all.
On other hand, Olympic coins from Russia and one of the Kangaroo by RAM, that were released as stand-alone items were available first to MC only.

I think the release is for the general public but the reps are giving some MC members an opportunity to order one day ahead of time.
So I ordered 2 sets through email.
I believe it is 11:00 am eastern.

Looks like Canada lost out on the claim of first Royal baby coin with the name Prince George on it to Australia. Beaten by one day.
The Perth coin looks ugly. I hope the Canadian coins looks better.

Perth Mint coin really doesn't look good. "People coin"..... IMO, some symbolics and child name will be enough for nice collectible item. But they do put the name. If RCM will release the coin for all (public release) shouldn't deallers like CC&C or GW already list it (like it was in the past)?

3 items listed on the GW. No pictures. But the description is interesting.
CC&C has some notification, but not the coins.
Looks like set and $5 coin will be quick sellouts due to different reasons.

I just browse the GW store. They accept order for the coins.
Also see the have 1st GITD dinosaur on sale, but after tax and shipping. It is still more than local deal. :)

Looks like someone beat them to the punch with the name and date. Cost me under 200 for 2 coins including shipping. The offer free shipping with orders over 400 ( which use to be 300 I believe ) But I was caught in that trap before, bought a bunch of coins I didn't have interest in to get free shipping.

Baby-coins starting to be "warmer" and approaching to baby-mania concept. Looks like many people, actually me too, wait for design reveal by RCM. Just afraid that market will be over-flooded by "baby" coins from different mints.

Well, The Royal Mint baby coin is 92.5% silver and looks quite good. The Perth is mintage 10,000 with Kate looking Fugly... RCM is releasing the set and we will soon know how it looks... They each offer slightly different variation. I personally wouldn't buy the Perth coin because it look fugly and it is from Perth which recently does not have that many hot selling coins.

RAM and NZ Mint also could offer something related.
Usually RAM coins have "clear" and traditional design.
