I would have guessed VF details. Doesn't appear to have XF meat left on the reverse.

I have to agree with BH1964. I don't think that it quite makes it to XF details and the scratches/damage on the obverse do warrant a details grade.

I say this only for education, not to be aggressive, just so you know for the future. I can see the XF Details grade - the shield, head, cap and stars still show decent detail. The reverse leaf details seem grade-appropriate if other examples in reputable slabs are an indication.
