There is doubling around the front of the face of Washington.

Hub doubling creates a enlarged image of the exact design of devices. But usually profile doubling is Machine Doubling or in your case, possible die abrasion. A better image might show me more. But please rotate the image to horizontal. That would help to see what you are looking at. It is hard for me to rotate my monitor. LOL
