Some of these are Swiss, but other than that it's difficult to "identify" privately made items such as these.

Hi thanks, if you referring to the two with red crosses being Swiss I was under the impression they may be British, (George's Cross) but hey I'm in this to learn.

Bottom left, the Lamb & Flag is almost certainly English, as the number of Lamb & Flag pubs would indicate.
Wikipedia:
Lamb & Flag: From the Gospel of John (1:29): "Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sins of the world." The Lamb is seen carrying a flag (usually of St. George) and is the symbol of the Knights Templar, the Worshipful Company of Merchant Taylors, and St John's College, Oxford.

Only the English would name there pubs after verses in the Gospels. And before anyone blasts me I am English.
