Found this at work last week. It has a very high rim and I have never seen a penny like it before. Its quite uneven and the edges are not smooth. Error maybe?

I doubt its an error, most likely PMD. It looks like a Dryer Coin that was placed on a concrete surface and stepped on a few times.

to CCF. I don't think it's a Dryer Coin. Looks more like a high fin rim,i think that's what they call it. Also don't think it has any added value.

I found one today on a 1973 but it doesn't go all the way around it on on the front and not the reverse
