About 3 Months ago I had bought a 1969 Proof set ebay. When I had gotten the proof Set I was very disappointed on the condition of the 1 cent Piece. In the ebay photos of the 1969 Proof Set Everything looked fine. So I am wondering what should I do with this proof set. I want this years Proof Set but not in this tarnishing condition.

Hello,

Firstly, I would think that little or no hope exists if it has been three months since you received this coin from the ebay seller.

If, on the other hand, you have already expressed your discontent 'IN WRITING' to this ebay seller without receiving a satisfactory resolution, try contacting ebay customer service directly and plead your case.

Without knowing all of the idiosyncrasies of this case it is difficult to recommend another course of action at this time.

Good luck with this issue and keep CCF posted on any significant future details via this thread.
