ICCS/PCGS Crossover Question

So I have been collecting for a while, and the better coins in my Canadian collection are all PCGS graded, from stuff I've seen on ebay, it looks like ICCS will cross grade coins already in PCGS holder, I would love to send some of mine in, especially ones with varieties that PCGS doesn't put on the holder, so here are my questions:

1. How do I find information on submission? I couldn't even find a website for ICCS?

2. Does anyone know the rough turnaround time from submitting in the U.S.?

3. What kind of prices am I looking at from ICCS? I'm used to PCGS @$25 each for the Canadian stuff, so I would hope it to be a bit lower... Do they offer any kind of volume discount? (Like over 30 coins or something...?)
