Hello. I was wondering why some coins get slabbed and labeled as just "Brilliant Uncirculated" instead of receiving a number or details type grade. Does this have something to do with bulk submissions and/or early releases? Thank you in advance.

Those are batches prepared for television coin show sales, and unwitting buyers.

SuperDave is that mean that serious collectors and dealers should stay away from them ?

Sosi high end collectors would avoid them like the plague. There is a market for them were dealers could sell them if they got them cheap enough, but its probably not something theyd be seeking out unless they needed some cheap space fillers.
