Newbie question, why this dime has two years printed on it.It says 1867 and 1992.

Most 1992 circulating coins for Canada had the double date signifying the 125 anniversary of confederation in 1867.

i remember when I started to collect pennies I found this dime I was jumping up and down I thought it was an error ..cheers,,,welcome
