It is not clear if it is a replacement note. I am not sure how it got suggested that this is a replacement note. In terms of determining if it is replacement best to post it up on CPMS forum. They have the most up to date listing of replacement notes. If it is replacement and repeater there is definitely likely to be a premium. Report this Post to the Staff
