Here are the coins and I'm guessing they are from the middle east somewhere but I'm not sure what they are, where exactly they are from, or what the dates are.

The portrait coin is from Egypt. That's King Farouk in his younger years, 1938 to be precise. Denomination is 1 millieme (1/1000 Egyptian pound).

The scalloped aluminum coin is from Israel. Denomination is 1 Agora. I can't read the date from the photo.

The remaining piece is from Saudi Arabia. Denomination is 2 Ghirsh, date is AH 1379 = 1959~60.

Upper-left: Saudi Arabia, 1379, 2 ghirsh. This uses the Hijri dating system, where year zero is the date of Mohammad's flight to Jerusalem, which happened some centuries after Christ. In the Christian system it's 1959. There were 22 ghirsh to the riyal, so this is 1/11 of a riyal. The riyal was decimalized in 1963, where 100 halala equalled 1 riyal.
Upper-right: Egypt, double dates 1938-1357, 1 millieme. In some Islamic countries with a strong Western influence or a large Christian population, both the Islamic and Christian dates would appear on coinage. There are 100 piastres to the Egyptian pound, and 10 milliemes to the piastre.
Bottom: Israel, I can't quite make out the date (it's the very small Hebrew lettering below the denomination), 1 agorot.

That's 1970, no?
I don't remember what the tens letters actually stand for in Jewish dates, so I remembered them as their AD equivalents
This is a Lamed, so 1970. 1960 would've been a Kaf (looks like the English letter C).
