Looks correct for an incomplete planchet. Fading from the rim and obverse Blakesley effect.

I am just wondering why the letter T near the site of clip doesn't show any weakness.

The rim is behind the "T". So it was close to the collar and could form that device.

Also the reverse doesn't show the blakesley effect because more of the planchet is on that side of the clip.

This is actually a double clip. Notice the small clip at k-5. Completely genuine.

Looks like it is a double clip. I missed that one.

I found a single clip 1960 years ago.
