I've got a bill which looks exactly like this, but the year is mistyped:

Is it just a fake note or some rare typo?
Updated: here's the photo of my bill:

What am I missing? I don't see anything that appears to be mistyped on the date?

It's "Series 200!" not "Series 2001". The photo is not perfect, but you can still see it clearly.
Will try to re-make it tomorrow in the bright sunlight, and will post a close up

Interesting note, more of just a slight inking issue than an error or typo. I would keep it for fun, but I don't think there is a value for it above face.

Doesn't look like an inking issue - it's a perfectly printed exclamation mark. And "1" and "!" is the same key of the keyboard, that's why I think it might be forged - some Photoshop designer in Baghdad wasn't really careful :)

It's just a spot on the bill where a bend or something has caused the ink to get worn off. It's just like the tiny vertical un-inked lines on the right side of Jackson's coat on that particular bill.

coinsearcher83 - I think you're right. Searched through the drawers and found a 10x looking glass - area between the stick and the point is sort of greyish, there probably was a tiny piece of ink which fell off. But I can't say I'm 100% sure, even at such magnification (while I can easily read "The United States of America" on the rim of the portrait typed with minuscule font) the "exclamation mark" looks quite neat.

vitivanov - 1 and ! are in the same place on a keyboard but notes are pressed with an engraving and not typed out by a computer.

If I saw a note from 200 I would !!! too
