1860 Indian Heads Counterfeit?

I was looking through the Indian Heads on ebay and this one popped out as really weird looking.

This guy has 3 of them for sale all in different conditions. They all have pointed busts and the denticles are thin and widely spaced.

I'm not a expert in counterfeits, but these look normal to me, and no one is going to get rich auctioning off Dollar plus coins with free shipping.

An 1860 should never be brown like that. He's selling a 1909-S that looks horribly retoned. His coins have definitely been messed with.

The denticles & date definitely look off a compared to a genuine IHC

The 1909-s that raymo mentioned looks suspicious too. The second feather tip is almost pointing to 11 o'clock. That one's over $330 at the moment. Hopefully its real, I think I would stop collecting if I was duped into spending that much on a fake.

He pulled the 1860 but just couldn't bring himself to pull the 1909-S listing.

Speaking of fakes, I bought a fake 1876 that came with the two coins below. I requested a refund for the coins except a dollar for the two culls below. Do these coins look okay. Just asking since they came with a fake but do not see the motivation for counterfeiting these.
