Hi,

I need some help to identify this coin I found in a lot that I picked up recently.

Its 21mm diameter and abt 3mm thick weighing abt 11.5gr.

My first impression was that it was a rupee of the Mughal Empire. A Kalima type coinage.

I agree with Bacchus regarding the Mughal empire, but it seems to be Shah Jahan (the builder of Taj Mahal).
