This pic is a good example of how the "S" mint mark can be different on every coin, cool!

If you want a grade we are going to need a picture of the reverse.

As stated, both sides are necessary for a true grade. Based only on the obverse though, I am thinking an AU coin at best. The color is nice but the amount of wear and marks on poor Lincolns head would prevent me from going any higher. Unless its the lighting and or angle, I am really stretching to reach AU based on the amount of hair worn away.

Welcome to CC!
Grades are based on both sides of a coin. Try to take your pictures straight over-head instead of an angle. Also, crop your pictures to remove as much background as possible. The coin is definitely mint state, likely MS64-66.

Yikes! I respect BadThad when it comes to Lincoln Cents especially... Makes me think I may be way off now on my initial grade... Now I am eager to see both sides and head on shots!

The resolution is fine, just take the pictures straight over head and post the reverse. You also might consider cropping it closer to the coin to save on file size.

the second image is smaller that the first - because you went directly to re-size from the image optimizer, for the second image. I cant explain why that happens. it has happened to me several times. I eventually figured out to exit completely from the image optimizer window, and reopen it. then re-size you second image - and all should be fine.
