Why is it so hard to find a 2011 (w) silver eagle ngc ms69 in a brown label?

There is one at least, although a little more pricey than then blue, red and silver labels scattered about. Does have "best offer" option at least.

That one is the burnished. I was looking for the "Struck at West Point" brown label hence the (w) connotation. They seem to be quite elusive.
