That is a 1935 Buffalo nickel.

The reverse photo is too tiny, but under the "FIVE CENTS" it should say either nothing, a "D" or an "S".

If it says nothing, it was made in Phila., a "D" for Denver, or an "S" for San. Francisco.

The fact you can even see the date on one of these things is a good sign when it comes to the quality of the coin itself.

There is no mintmark, I will try to get a larger pic of the reverse. I am thinking vf20
