It just doesn't look right and the 2 doesn't look like it took a hit. Also, the left bar of the Y looks like it has a split. The T & R look like they have something going on too. Take a look.

Only know of one DDO for that year/mint
and this coin does not seem to match up with it.

It doesn't match the one on coppercoins. Wexler has 2 listed but no pics yet.

That is definitely not a normal 2001 date as there is clearly a shift of the "200" to the northwest. You may have something new there... however, as I often don't know what I'm talking about, I would wait for more experts to weigh in.

Doesn't look like a DDO to me. Looks normal for that year with some damage.
