Any comment on the double chin, some devices look doubled?

Yes, it is called Machine Doubling, and considered fairly common. Spend it as mentioned.

It does have Machine Doubling, possible struck through grease(?). But it appears to be affecting both sides. A full image of both sides would be nice.

Weak strike. A Grease Filled Die won't usually affect the rim of the coin and the rim is the last part of the coin to strike up. This coin has no rim. The top of the letters fade into the field and there is no sign of a rim developing.

I was hoping for the full images. I thought about a weak strike or even a tapered planchet as it shows on both sides. Still waiting for the images:
