Hello Everyone,
Fairly new to the forum ;)
I have a 1968 S Penny! WAIT BEFORE YOU ROLL YOUR EYES......
It's an error on the reverse :)
I cannot determine what this error is called. Will someone kindly please tell me what this is called.
The very top line of this memorial on the right side, the line breaks off and shoots up to a 45 degree angle.
Also there is some kind of weirdness going on with the steps, bottom center to the right.
I'm not quite sure but I think there also might be some doubling on the pillars and in the letters as well.

Images are much too small to tell, but what you describe sounds like a die crack.

Or a die clash. Larger images of the area in question would help.

Adjust the pixel size to 800-1000 wide. That should work.
