I'm certainly not an expert, but I dont think that the nine is double punched enough to receive a designation of DP #1,2,3,4,or5. Many nines were double punched, only the extreme examples are recognized. Its worth keeping as there can be a small premium added. Only my opinion.

The 9 is re-punched. It is not one of the popular re-punched varieties.
From what is provided, it 'appears' to be Doctor Haxby's obverse 31a2
mated with the E32a reverse. Absent full views of the obverse and
reverse, positive attribution can not be confirmed.
