Very accurate. Constans - legends: CONST-ANS AVG And GLORIA EXERCITVS - Glory of the Army! It shows 2 roman soldiers withspears and shields guarding a military standard. Very high grade, nice!
Heres the fulls ID: Constans CONST-ANS AVG PDC GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS SMAL delta Alexandria RIC VIII Alexandria 21 Rated: r (rarE) Overly large letters S seen in the obverse legend 346-348 AD
Caveat! I could not be sure of the mint mark, but I believe thatrs right.

to the community As Ben stated your coin is of the emperor Constans, one of the sons of Constantine the Great. These coins are very common and at best worth a couple of dollars.

Would anyone care to take a look at my collection on a spreadsheet and see if anything would be worth selling? I really have no use for them...

If you have details of your coins on a spreadsheet, why not google them. You might find a lot of them on ebay and if you search past sales, you might get an idea of how much they went for. Condition is important and you can't tell that from a spreadsheet.

Id have a looksy if you like. This one is in pretty good condition and the market is going well at the moment - I think oyu could get $5-10 if you're lucky and list ti well. But theres no real point in selling it.

Gim, it was a serious suggestion, looking at past sales would be useful to you. I am a newbie at this, only been doing it a couple of months and am in no position to advise on individual coins. :)

Constans is a lesser seen "soldiers & standards". Lesser, but not rare. If you have recorded via a Spread Sheet the details of the coins (?) then I am sure you can easily search on ebay for the types curently for sale and make your decision.
