Since I found this forum and found out about star notes, I have kept an eye out for them, I have found only two, both circulated 2003's. But looking through my bills tonight I found this, its not an actual radar but is it interesting enough that a note collector would keep it or spend it like any other bill?

If the last 01 were switched I would say most defiantly but alas it is not. What is the year?

It is a series 2003 A, I didn't figure it was anything special, but thought I would ask.

It wouldn't be a keeper for me but everyone has their own opinion. I do like those star notes and look at every bill I receive in change.

If the 01 was switched around it would be a good radar, but alas it is not.
