cpfull Pillar of the Community United States 603 Posts	Posted 06/02/2007 11:45 pm Since I found this forum and found out about star notes, I have kept an eye out for them, I have found only two, both circulated 2003's. But looking through my bills tonight I found this, its not an actual radar but is it interesting enough that a note collector would keep it or spend it like any other bill?
