Is this a way a seller is avoiding charges of some sort? Skrill is similar to Greendot. I really want to avoid the bay altogether & use a card (Wish more here would consider this) This is becoming more popular: "Skrill payment is as easy as 1-2-3! All you have to do after you get my invoice, is click the PAY NOW button, and you will be directed to the Skrill site. When you confirm what you've won, you'll go to a secure page to enter your Visa or Mastercard number, and voila, you'll be done!"
Is this legit? Thanks!

Skrill seems to be 0.5% cheaper than ebay for sellers, however there seem to be a lot of problems with Skrill's support (or rather its support failings).

Moreover Skrill seems sometimes to be Skrill and sometimes Moneybookers.

That seems unnecessary, confusing and open to difficulties, so I've decided not to use them, at least until lots of people start praising them.
