Listed as "just jewelry" are fakes of key dates dropped into (easily removed) cheap jewelry. I guess the question is...is this "jewelry" intended to be removed and resold as coins, as placeholders for collectors, or as rather unappealing jewelry? What does the jury say?

Perhaps I would be more inclined to think "unappealing jewelry" if he was offering a more interesting selection from US coin series, such as larger silver coins that are commonly used in jewelry. But you may be right, because everyone has different tastes. My first reaction was "crack out and re-sell".

Yes, at least they state that they are fakes. Unfortunately, someone may think of cracking them out and selling them to some unwary victim as genuine. That is why I think it is generally not a good idea to sell a fake, even if you know it is.
