Here is something recently picked up and have never shown before on this forum. An 1825 (R-3), O-108 Capped But Half Dollar in VF-20/25 condition. Notice on the reverse, the (ED) and (AM) being connected along with the last arrowhead and (A) almost touching each other, there you have it, along with some other minor indicators. The colors on this coin are unbelievable and (as usual) the picture does nothing to enhance it's beauty.

Beautiful coin, Ben. It seems to have a blue toning to it, or is that the lighting or being picked up off of the cloth it is on?

Sky blue when in the right light with pink accents, particularly on the reverse. Almost like the sunrise when the day is going to be stormy.

You gotta quit posting these beauties, Ben. I'm not getting much money into the bank any more.

Ben, I have around 4 or 5 bust halves, none quite as nice as yours. I'd like to add a few more to my collection. If anyone has a link for a good online dealer, please post.

Nice 1/2, Ben! I visited Harlan Berk while I was in Chicago in April and picked up my 32-D and 32 S/S Quarters! There were very helpful and knowledgable. They seemed to be alittle on the pricey side compared to what I have around locally but they did have a nice inventory.
Rest in Peace

I have purchased coins from Harlen Berk in the past. He is a well respected dealer in the Midwest. Great looking Bustie you have there! Congratulations. Mike
