I'll take a closer look when I remove the coin from the holder, but I don't think ICCS would designate it as a planchet flaw because of it. He fields on the coin are similar to a 62 or 63, but it does have nicer eye appeal than any other 62 I own, so I'm gonna guess it'll come back 63. I think my dealer is submitting coins next during torex, so about 6 weeks after that, I'll update with the grade Report this Post to the Staff
