Hello

Firstly I am very new to coins and I am here to seek info for my 8 year old nephew who has found this coin today while out walking.

I have no idea on the era but I will guess Roman as it bares the word Caesar. I have uploaded pictures of the front and reverse of the coin.

Any help would be greatly helpful and will make an 8 year old boy happy!!

Thx again for the help.

Rooneydog,

Thx very much. Sometimes a secret is well kept if you catch my drift!

He was so happy I don't want to break his heart by saying it is a fake.

Thx v much for the welcome and help.

I personally collect watches, namely Omega Speedmaster from the Apollo and Gemini era and limited edition pieces so coins are new to me!

Sadly it's a reproduction. At least it's labeled as such, that's not always the case.

If it were genuine, and it is not, it would be of emperor Vespasian (69-79 AD) and his sons Titus and Domitian.
