My purchase of 65 proof sets came today, and one of the first sets I looked over is this 1970-s. I am going to upload as many pics as I can

This is still in the Gov't Holder. IF it is a DDO, is worth More in the Gov't case, or loose ?

The Obverse full pic probably shows the best view of the coin, its definitely fuzzy. What I am trying to find out is if the coin loses any value if it is removed from the holder. I know in some cases error coins are best left intact for authenticity purposes.
Breaking it out will probably help with the clarity, but the goal is to have this coin taken out of the proof container as long as the value doesn't drop signigicnatly

As for MD, I use another site, http://www.errorvariety.com/OFD/MD.html

I use Coppercoins only when the Cherrypicker's Guide does not have the issue. There are close examples within the CP guide.
