I was looking at some 2009-P Lincoln Cents (Formative Years) and discovered what appears to be a die crack on the reverse side. It extends from the center of the log on the right hand side of the reverse to the outer edge of the coin. It appears some metal has been pushed into the crack in the center of the log creating a bluish color mass.

Has anyone seen this before? I was looking around for a little bit but didn't see anything on it.

Thanks in advance

I would guess it is a foreign substance. If you gave it an acetone bath I am guessing it would come off. But these are just assumptions.
