I have to admit type sets are my favorite and for some reason yesterday I got a bug to wanna try and do a Canadian type set. I did some research as I knew nothing about Canadian coins and then went through my foreign coin bucket (and found a penny, nickel, dime and two quarters all fairly modern).

I noticed Dansco doesn't make an album for them and I love albums. It seems you could do a whitman classic album that might be cool.

Anyone do this set, got any advice, pictures?

DBM I saw your thread last night but you really didn't post any pics and I hate folders I'd like to find albums as I collect in albums. I'd also like to see pictures and other peoples sets.

For my Canadian type set, reference in the link in DBM's post, I used a Dansco 7000 album (to match all of my other Dansco's. Actually, three Dansco's, a 7000 for the cents through dimes, in 2x2's, a blank Dansco Quarters album, as there are so many quarters, then another blank 7000 album for 2x2's to hold the halves, dollars and twonies. I am complete on cents through quarters, but am still missing a bunch of the silver halves and dollars.
