At first look, the coin looked like a counterfeit to me, mostly because of the color. I've compared it to PCGS's photo, and couldn't find any major differences, so it might be good. PERHAPS also on the leading upper edges of the wings and on the toes of the right foot. (I say 'perhaps' because I can't quite make up my mind about wear on these points.) Pity about the ding in the field under the eagle's left wing on the rev. AU58 ding. The ding probably reduces it's value by half. Nevertheless, I would be perfectly happy to have such a piece in my collection. Report this Post to the Staff
