Could be from a partially filled die. Have you checked the reverse for a doubled die?

i checked probably 10 pennies from same year and mintmark and not found same like left one ..anybody has any ideas ?please help

The mint mark punch looks normal for the year. The min mark may not be punched enough to deepen or widen the mint mark as strongly as other examples. The overall design looks the same. They were hand punched until 1990.
