What would you grade this coin. The seller said they cleaned it lightly using distilled water only. Would you agree?

I'm going with AU50 on this one. not sure if it was cleaned. pics are a little too blurry for me to tell for sure. it may have had a light cleaning a while ago. nice example of this type

It must be the 2X2 that causes blurry pictures.

I'd grade it blurry with details :-). Have the shutter release with a timer/ remote. Better yet, take it out of the 2 x 2 and take the photo again.

I am thinking EF-45ish. The obverse may have a little more done to than just water. The scratch by the jaw and field looks like it could be distracting.
