I believe this is an FS5c-013.1. All the die cracks match up..I just ,for the life of me, cannot see the overdate.

Yep, you have an overdate. Here is mine. You can see the overdate easily. You can see where to look on yours.

To me the top of the "3" appears to have been affected by a die crack.
And I'm not seeing the "2" on the inside of the "3".

The overdate on this variety does not really affect the top of the 3. It shows best just to the left of and below the loser ball of the 3, and what you see there is the left base of the 2.
