I played around with Word and created a simple 1 page 2x2 flip label program. In essence you can take the template, enter in your data on each label square, print the flips, and put them in the 2x2 holder. Each printed page will have 25 labels. A sample of one of my printed pages is below. If you want a e-mail copy, just send me a note. I used Word 2010, but it is saved in a Word 97-2003 format. Please feel free to make this better. Tried to get it set-up for 6x5 squares, so I could double up on the flips, and have two sided writing. I think that this link to drop box will work also... https://www.dropbox.com/s/vocuhb9e5...0working.doc

Seems like a good idea to me! My small size handwriting is deplorable!

If those .5 cent squares are for nickels, you may want to correct it to .05 cents. It looks good though!

I actually never thought about something like this template. I usually use cardboard flips but every once in a while, I find a need to use plastic ones. This is a great way to put useful info in with the coin and still retain the 360 degree visibility of the coin.

Might be good for long term type storage, but I like to reuse my flips. So I just write on them in pencil, erase if reused.

Great idea but, if I'm seeing this right you are putting the 2x2 paper on one side of the 2x2, would that not stop you from seeing one side of the coin.

It is a 2 pocket flip folded in half. Yes it blocks the view but if you unfold the flip you see both sides just fine. I will be using this as I upgrade my raw walker set. Thanks.
