I am looking to buy some key date Canadian pennies, and J & M's online website has them for a fair price, but I recall hearing that their online service is anything but exemplar. Is this true? If so, what other online sellers would you recommend?
Thanks!

I have bought from J & M in the past without problem. Nothing real expensive but somewhat large numbers to flesh out my Canadian collection.

I have both bought and sold to J&M, and they have been fair. Not a lot of on-line dealers that sell key dates. Do you have a copy of Cnadian Coin News? There are a number of dealers listed there. Look for a CNAD dealer, at least you have some assurances they a legit.

Some of the listed rare key date prices are only for a reference.
The pennies you are looking for, they probably have them in VG condition (since they sell penny sets of that condition).

I like J & M, I have them as a favorite on my browser. I use it as a reference for type and for a retail value, its a faster reference than me having to look it up in the latest CCN. Their pictures are very good. I highly recommend them as a pictorial source.
