I think it's struck through a capped die, but the "Grading Service" Says it's a Grease Filled Die. What do you think? I'd love to have a coin struck through a capped die. 310733300192 It's okay if someone else gets it, I'm dead broke right now, but I think I can find $20 somewhere (not eat for a week, sell 4 pints of blood, sell a kidney...
