Very attractively patinated, nearly VF.
Reading between the lines for values, my Coin Yearbook for 2011:
45 Pounds.

British coinage generally, at the time this one was issued, saw heavy circulation, and they remained in circulation for a long time. Higher grades are quite scarce.

Could you point me to a place where I can purchase such a specimen for a similar price? This piece is listed at £162 and I'm definitely sure I can't get the price down to £100 let alone £45.

zxcccxz: I agree that the price offered is too high.

Googled 'coin dealers U.K.'
I was looking through Peter Morris (U.K.) listings.
I found five sixpences of George 11, that would fit within your budget, in a price and condition range, that may be of interest to you.

I do not know how recent this listing is.
Perhaps it may be to your advantage to email them.

Grade is a shade below VF.
RETAIL F £30 VF £120.
I wouldn't want to pay over £75.

F.VF - £50
Might be able to source one for a little cheaper if one is required?
