But it is absurd. CAD$750 worth of good jump into USD$2,700 in one week?

It is called hyper inflation. lol.

Just checked...Talisman has it for "old " price.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Canada-2013...em232fdd554d

......$2.500........

Edited:
Wanted to say "That's nice from their side" with sarcasm.
But will not say this, since there are members that ordered from Talisman for issue, and the orders "on-hold"

Had no problem with this dealer, but this is bad tactic.

Its not even $750 worth of gold lol, but its not the gold content that's is driving the price, its the demand for the coin. As long as the demand is there and the money to drive the demand it will keep going up...how high we just don't know yet...

Talisman sold at least 17 on ebay for under 999 some for 799. They also sold a bunch on their site for 729. I know someone who ordered from there site and has not received delivery confirmation. Yet they are selling them on ebay for 2500 stating they are in hand ready to ship? I hope they honor the ones they sold early in the game. They have excellent feedback so everything should be good

Many people bought Superman Gold Coins from Talisman's website.

Hope Talisman keeps its integrity by deliver all customers' Superman Gold Coins.

Otherwise, BBB and RCM will be flooded with all the complaints from angry customers who receive order confirmations and already provided credit card info when ordering.

Class action law suit might be another option if a lawyer is willing to involve. lol.
We are talking about $$$ potential loss on each customer who ordered but receives none.

This will sure be big loss situation for Talisman in either $$$ & reputation.

Usually a lawyer is willing to involve when he can split 50% of what court awards the victims.

Now, if Talisman accepted orders and took customers' credit card infos. By law, he has obligation to provide its customer product (Gold Coin, in this case).

Of course, he can cancel one or two orders by stating RCM shorts Talisman on quantity.

But if lawyer has enough victims to prove that Talisman is canceling customers' orders on purpose in order to make huge $$$ on ebay.
Lawyer will have case and CAN demand Talisman to either ship all these gold coins as promise or compensate victims based on CURRENT retail price.

So we are talking $1,500 compensation on each victim. (Suppose we have 40 pcs gold coin), that is $60,000 class action law suit.

Easy 30 grands for lawyer. lol

Pretty much every clause there is saying they can cancel your order if they want to, and you have agreed to this when you placed your order.
