1PPCLI Valued Member Canada 61 Posts	Posted 09/05/2013 5:53 pm Found this one at the bottom of a coin box (cardboard box) it was part of my father's collection, you would think he would have put it in a 2x2 holder!! I need help grading this. the Observe looks great, but the reserve looks like it has a polished die error.
