Found this one at the bottom of a coin box (cardboard box)

it was part of my father's collection, you would think he would have put it in a 2x2 holder!!

I need help grading this. the Observe looks great, but the reserve looks like it has a polished die error. Would this affect its value at all. and I think it has a doubled 8

Sure looks like some doubling on the date's 8... but someone has also done a rather poor job attempting to clean the coin.

it looks cleaned to me I still believe its a very nice coin not sure if its worth your money grading ,you will probably do better selling it as is or just hold on to it for a while

im lookin at it again are the scratches on kings face or just the sorrounding areas ?

1948, low mintage coin, 422,741... been cleaned at one point and, yes would also like to see the full coin.
