Odd Kennedy .50 Cent Piece And Possible MD

Hello and good night as I write this. I found this interesting Kennedy half piece today from my local bank. My first question is this a finned rim? Or what is the technical term for that error? As I was editing the photo it appeared to have some form of doubling. My second question is this Machine Doubling or hub doubling? My third and final question is this worth more then $.50?



Here in this close up of the in god we trust something does not look like right. The photo was taken on a tripod with a ten second timer. It does not like right to me somehow.





Here on the close up of the reverse you can see some form of doubling on the letter l and letter f. Or could it just be my tired eyes at 11:oo pm?
