Due to the condition of the devices, its making it hard for me to judge. Think I already know my answer, but looking for confirmation or other opinions. Areas of interest are on the Obverse... Date, Liberty, IGWT and the front profile of the face. I see possibly doubling, definitely thickness on these devices, but unfortunately it looks to me like a roller, or normal wear has ran over the top. I've stared at it too long and now I am not sure if I am looking at PMD from the wear or roller, simple MD with PMD after, doubling with PMD, etc etc... Or maybe I have been staring at coins too long today already

I just see circulation wear. When the coin wears the devices appear to look larger. That is because the sharpness of the tops of the devices are missing. The rims are doing their job, but eventually the devices flatten and the devices look wider. There is some slight Machine Doubling on some of them. But just a normal coin for the age/circulation.

That was my thought... Possible MD in some areas with normal wear or roller damage on top of it, just wanted a 2nd opinion. Thanks coop! I had all but confirmed for myself as soon as I posted... looks a lot more deceiving in hand, but the pics seem to spell it out a little more clearly.
