Indian1 Pillar of the Community United States 3640 Posts	Posted 09/08/2013 09:52 am Another dead give away on the reprocessed cents is the outer edge of the rim. That area will be shiny also. Even on an MS legit steely the outer edge has microscopic rust spots on it. So not shiny at all. Actually the steely is galvanized and the edges did not receive this process so they started to rust up pretty quickly. Report this Post to the Staff
