Another "not So Bright" Cheapskate

This is #7 i believe. Another cheapskate who takes out a dime and puts in a one cent back into the roll. But then forgets the one silver left in the roll This time a merc. I get several cents in my dime rolls every week...the average Joe doesn't know the difference between a merc and a Canadian dime, they're just foreign coins...nice score tho!
