Hello and welcome.

Yes, we can tell you roughly what it is. It's not a genuine coin. It's a "fantasy", somewhat crudely copying certain elements from an ancient Greek coin from the Seleukid kingdom; the king's name is presumably supposed to be "BASILEOS SELEUKOU", but actually says something like "BASILEO SELBUKOU". Greek coins never put the king's name and titles on the obverse like this; they were always on the other side of the coin.

These "herd of pigs" or "herd of elephants" coins have been around for a century or so. Here is one seen on the forum recently, where the herder has been replaced by a sideways pig/elephant.
